Make an Appointment - Student Laptop Loan Program

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Thank you for reaching out to schedule an appointment to pickup a laptop or Chromebook. Please read the following to determine how we can best meet your technology needs.

Laptop Returns (No appointment needed for returns)

Laptops can be returned to the Learning Commons at Marple Campus or any college location (check here for hours), no appointment required. After hours, between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., laptops can be returned to Campus Safety & Security (Room 2200) on the College’s Marple Campus only.

If the device you are returning was secured in a computer bag, please remember to return the bag and the charger for the device as well. This information will be logged and shared with OIT.


If you are registered for the Fall Semester when you return your laptop, you may exchange it for a new one.

New Laptop Pickup Request

You may request a laptop based on your enrollment using the following schedule:

Enrolled in Summer II: June 30, 2022

Enrolled in Fall: August 27, 2022

Using the form below, please schedule your appointment. Students with financial holds on their accounts may not borrow laptops.

Campus Laptop Pickup Request

Please select "Request Pickup Appointment (Branch centers only)", if you need to obtain a laptop at Exton, Downingtown, Pennocks Bridge, Southeast, or Upper Darby locations.
